Binse Enterprise · In development

Binse, for everyone you work with.

Binse Enterprise is the edition for organisations. It keeps everything in Binse, the Data Flow, Dashboards and Diagrams canvases and scheduled runs, and adds AI inside the app, drawing together on one diagram, dashboards published for everyone who needs them, and Explore, a way to ask your data warehouse questions.

Most of it is still being built. Explore is not, and neither is what Enterprise adds inside Diagrams: both exist today, and you can try Explore's compiler on this page. Binse Enterprise is for Windows.

01 · What is planned

Everything in Binse, plus the parts an organisation needs.

Binse is for one person building workflows, dashboards and diagrams on their own machine. Binse Enterprise is for organisations that share data, dashboards and answers. Of the list below, Explore is built, and so is everything Enterprise adds inside Diagrams; the rest is planned.

  • Everything in Binse, plus:
  • Draw a diagram together. Live collaboration, comments, version history and an assistant you can ask, inside Diagrams. Built.
  • AI built in. Describe what you want and Binse builds the first draft of the workflow, the dashboard or the query. Ask why a number moved and get the reasons in words.
  • Publish to your whole organisation. One click and a dashboard is live for everyone who needs it, in a browser, with nothing to install.
  • Explore your warehouse. Tick the fields, press Run, get the answer. Measures are defined once, so every report agrees on what revenue means.
  • Alerts that come to you. Set a threshold and hear about it the moment a number crosses it.
  • Dashboards in your inbox. A fresh copy lands every Monday morning, or whenever you choose.
  • Talk about the numbers where they live. Comments and @mentions on the dashboard itself.
  • On your phone. Published dashboards fit the screen they are opened on.
  • Sign in with your work account. Everyone works as themselves, and your own access rules decide what each person can see.
  • See what gets used. Which dashboards are opened, by how many people, and which ones nobody reads.

02 · In a little more detail

What each of those means.

A short paragraph on each line of the card. Explore is built and you can try it further down. Everything else is planned, and the details can change before it ships.

Draw a diagram together

Two people on one diagram, each seeing the other's cursor and edits as they happen. Comments sit on the shape they are about, every version is kept so you can look at what a diagram said last month and put it back, and an assistant will draft a diagram from a description, write the alternative text, or fix what the accessibility checker found, as a proposal you approve shape by shape. This part is built. Live editing runs through a relay your own organisation puts on a machine of its own, and the assistant talks to an AI service only once somebody enters a key for one: the security page sets out what each of them sends.

AI built in

Tell Binse what you are after in plain words and it drafts the first version for you: a workflow that cleans and joins your files, a dashboard laid out over the result, or a question for your warehouse. What it builds is ordinary Binse work that you open, check and change. When a number moves, ask why, and it walks you through what changed and where.

Publish to your whole organisation

Finish a dashboard and publish it. Colleagues open it in a browser on any computer, with nothing to install and no file to pass around. Publish again and everyone sees the new version, so an old copy never outlives the real one.

Explore your warehouse

Pick a table, tick the fields you need and press Run. Binse writes one summarised query, shows it to you, and runs it where the data already lives, so nothing is copied out. Measures such as revenue are defined once for everyone, so two reports never disagree on the same number. This part is built: try it below.

Alerts that come to you

Choose a number that matters, set the line it should not cross, and Binse tells you when it does. No more opening a dashboard every morning just in case something has gone wrong overnight.

Dashboards in your inbox

Send a fresh copy of a dashboard to the people who need it, every Monday morning, at the end of the month, or whenever suits. It arrives with the latest numbers already in it, for the people who would never click a link.

Talk about the numbers where they live

Ask a question about a figure on the dashboard itself and @mention the person who can answer it. The conversation stays next to the chart it is about, instead of in an email thread nobody can find a week later.

On your phone

Published dashboards rearrange themselves for the screen they are opened on, so the numbers read as clearly on a phone between meetings as they do on a monitor at a desk.

Sign in with your work account

People sign in with the account they already use at work, with no new password to remember. Your organisation's own access rules decide who can open what, and each person sees only the data they are allowed to see.

See what gets used

See which dashboards are opened, how often and by how many people, and which have not been looked at in months. Keep the ones that earn their place and retire the rest.

03 · Try Explore

Tick a field. Watch the question change.

Explore is the part of Binse Enterprise you can try from this page. The compiler below is the product's own, cut down to a sample table. Tick a field and the statement changes in front of you. Press Run and sample rows are summarised in your browser.

SELECT DATE_TRUNC(order_date, MONTH) AS c0,
       carrier AS c1,
       SUM(merchandise_value_eur) AS c2,
       COUNT(*) AS c3
FROM `binse-sample.shipping.shipments` AS t
WHERE order_date >= DATE '2025-09-01' AND order_date < DATE '2026-09-01'
GROUP BY DATE_TRUNC(order_date, MONTH), carrier
HAVING SUM(merchandise_value_eur) > 1000
ORDER BY c0 DESC
LIMIT 500

In the app, this statement runs against your warehouse when you press Run, as you. On this page nothing is connected, and Run summarises sample rows instead.

Totals, a second ungrouped statement

SELECT SUM(merchandise_value_eur) AS c2,
       COUNT(*) AS c3
FROM `binse-sample.shipping.shipments` AS t
WHERE order_date >= DATE '2025-09-01' AND order_date < DATE '2026-09-01'

The rows under the statement are generated in this page for the demonstration. They are not a measurement of anything.
